Behavior tests of Gas7 deficient mice. a The Gas7 deficient mice performed abnormal in pre-pulse inhibition. Homozygous mice showed a significant reduction in the ability to gate the startle response (to 120 dB), as indicated by decreased pre-pulse inhibition at three kinds of startle (70, 74, 82 dB).
